TWIN SHEET SYSTEM
WHAT IS THE TWIN-SHEET SYSTEM?
The Twin-Sheet is our own thermoforming technology that, by heating two sheets of plastic material and a mould, forms completely sealed and hollow pieces, without any gluing or additional adhesive element.
HOW DOES TWIN-SHEET WORK?
Phase 1
Two plastic sheets enter into the machine and get heated through infrareds.
Phase 2
Once the adeccuate temperature is reached, the sheets proceed to the molding zone.
Phase 3
The parts cool down.
The part cools down.
Phase 4
Once the part is rigid enough, the two half-molds open and the part is removed from the machine.
Then, all the excess of plastic is pulled out through milling.
TWIN-SHEET THERMOFORMING SYSTEM
Joint-less
Twin Sheet needs no extra materials to make joints, with this system the two plastic pieces are fused.
Lightness
Also, performed parts with this unique system are lighter than the results of rotomolding process.
Accuracy
Twin-Sheet provides detailed and accurated parts so they can be implemented for engineering design projects or even decoration.
Finishes
Materials such as ABS, PS, PE, PMMA, PP, etc., are used for manufacturing with Twin-Sheet.
Pieces can be manufactured with different colors of the universal charts such as RAL, NCS ... In addition, the pieces can have two different aspects of color and texture.
